What you'll do

Design and maintain test automation frameworks, orchestration platforms, and CI/CD-integrated tooling for hardware-in-the-loop environments.
Architect and validate software tools including test algorithms, scripts, calibration routines, and data visualization for complex hardware systems.
Establish best practices for lab engineering, including patterns for automation, observability, and infrastructure-as-code.
Analyze test data to evaluate product performance and provide proactive feedback to partners and customers.
Manage the lifecycle of test anomalies by debugging, root-causing, and resolving defects in high-rate production environments.
Produce reports documenting test results, coverage, performance metrics, and other key performance indicators.
Identify gaps in test infrastructure and implement solutions while balancing speed and long-term maintainability.
Mentor junior engineers on software development practices, code quality, and test automation design patterns.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
1+ years of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience including coding standards and source control.
