Senior Software Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Lead a team of engineers to manage Salesforce development, CI/CD pipelines, and automation testing.
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations including change management, DevOps, and production incident resolution.
• Monitor team workloads to ensure client expectations are met and keep leadership informed of progress.
• Estimate resourcing and costs to effectively manage budgets and support high-level program plans.
• Measure and monitor the health of production systems to ensure continuous operational stability.
• Implement healthcare information security best practices in adherence to HIPAA, NIST, and HITRUST CSF.
• Design and implement robust cloud-based solutions in collaboration with product owners and agile teams.
• Support off-hour releases as needed to maintain system availability and deployment schedules.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a relevant field ( accepted for a 4-year degree).
• Experience using agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience reviewing business requirements to recommend technology solutions and architecture designs.
• Experience developing APIs, data models, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams.
• Proficiency with SQL, Cloud/VM infrastructure, Modern IDEs, Version Control Systems, OAuth, Salesforce, Pega, Siebel, NIST, and HITRUST CSF.
• Ability to maintain a home internet connection with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.
