What you'll do

  • Build and support conversational IVRs, performing unit/component testing to meet business needs.
  • Construct application/service architecture for web-based services on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
  • Develop functional specifications by translating business issues into technical requirements with QA teams.
  • Deliver user interface design documentation and outline backend interfaces to support functionality/development.
  • Identify and address cross-capability and release issues impacting the integrity of applications.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including IVR and contact center development in a large-scale financial enterprise.
  • Proficient in microservice design, development, and integration using Java, VXML, and CI/CD practices.
  • Expertise with API gateway integration, monitoring tools (Splunk), and Jenkins for automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, JavaScript, Junit testing, and REST API.
  • Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and Eclipse/Maven development environments.
