Software Engineering Senior Advisor- Hybrid

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable data pipelines using AWS and Databricks.
• Create database structures that perform well for analytical queries.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data extraction.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data in compliance with regulations.
• Build frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Mentor junior team members, guiding them on technical skills and best practices.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Python, Java, PL/SQL, APIs, and frameworks.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing end-to-end applications within modern data ecosystems like Data Lakes, Lakehouse, ELT/ETL pipelines, streaming, and batch processing.
• Proficiency in building scalable data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and optimization using cloud-native services such as AWS and Databricks.
• Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter components including source/target mapping, transformation, workflows, and performance tuning.
• Deep knowledge of modern automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, Oracle SQL complex query writing, and large-scale relational database optimization.
• Capability to deliver scalable software solutions while adhering to clean code practices, debugging, unit testing, and end-to-end QA processes.
