What we're looking for

Experience building or operating data lake, lakehouse, or large-scale analytics platforms using technologies like Spark, Databricks, Delta Lake, or Apache Iceberg.
Proven track record of shipping high-quality, production-grade services and platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences including junior engineers and partner teams.
Familiarity with indexing/search technologies (e.g., Lucene, Elasticsearch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS S3, RDS, EKS).
Experience in data governance, multi-tenant platform design, or security data platforms is preferred.
