What you'll do

Lead and develop high-performing software engineering teams responsible for cloud-scale operational platforms.
Own the design, delivery, reliability, and scalability of software services supporting data center operations.
Drive technical strategy for systems involving task management, workflow automation, inventory integration, and analytics.
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define roadmaps and prioritize high-impact investments.
Build platforms that simplify complex workflows and reduce manual or repetitive tasks for data center teams.
Establish engineering practices for architecture, observability, testing, security, and incident response.
Mentor and coach engineering managers and technical leads through performance management and career development.
Recruit and retain skilled talent while fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.

What we're looking for

Must have 9 years of software development experience or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of software development experience.
Must have at least 6 years of experience with programming and/or scripting languages such as SQL, C/C++, or JavaScript.
Must have at least 4 years of experience working with databases.
Must have at least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle Cloud.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a technical lead role with direct reports.
Must have at least 2 years of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
Must demonstrate ability to use agile methodologies for product delivery and continuous improvement.
Must possess knowledge of automation, data management, data integration, compliance, and patent filing.
