What you'll do

Drive the adoption of standard SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices across the Pega platform.
Monitor and maintain adherence to quality standards and delivery metrics for all development teams.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have a university or college degree.
A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Candidates should have 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
Experience with Pega BPM, Pega Cloud, and the Pega Platform is preferred.
Proficiency in Agile Development, SDLC, and DevOps practices is required.
Skills in application development, release management, and software process improvement are desired.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
