What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
At least 3 years of prior management experience.
Experience in managing development projects, development teams, and application support functions.
Proficiency in Agile Development, Application Delivery Process, and Software Process Improvement.
Knowledge of ETL, Data Exchange, Applications Integration, and modernization.
Application Development, Business Management, Customer Solutions, Design, Process Improvements, Release Management, Software Solutions, and UX Design (preferred).
Competencies in Coaching Others, Design Thinking, IT Environment, and System Testing.
