As a Software Engineer Group Manager within the Technology organization, you will manage multiple development projects, development groups, and application support functions for a major business segment. What we're looking for
A university or college degree is typically required for this role.
A Master’s degree, PhD, or professional certifications are desirable (preferred).

A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
