What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Must have 4-7 years of experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment.
  • Must have less than 2 years of experience managing or supervising a team of 15 or more developers.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must possess strong software engineering fundamentals and experience leading modern engineering teams.
  • Must demonstrate ability to lead, coach, and mentor engineers while remaining technically engaged in architecture and design.
  • Must have proficiency in Java, SQL, Snowflake, and SDLC practices.
  • Telecommunications experience is helpful (preferred).
