As a Software Engineer - Sr. Consultant level, you will join the Technology Organization to develop and operate software products and services for an enterprise-wide risk platform. What you'll do

Partner with product owners to gather requirements and execute roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
Own the enterprise-wide risk platform from ideation through delivery to drive organizational improvements.
Design, implement, and enhance end-to-end systems that improve global offerings and internal standards for scalability and security.
Integrate GenAI and agents into the SDLC and DevOps processes to improve production cycle times.
Develop innovative product capabilities by integrating GenAI technologies to deliver measurable impact to users.
Architect robust, scalable solutions that integrate with both internal technical ecosystems and external services.
Provide technical leadership to ensure engineering decisions balance business needs with operational excellence.

What we're looking for

A Master's degree in a relevant field and experience, or a Bachelor's degree and experience, or experience.
Ability to provide technical leadership to ensure engineering decisions balance business needs with operational excellence (preferred).
Strong product mindset and customer focus to collaborate with PMs and team leads (preferred).
Experience in high-level programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Golang (preferred).
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB (preferred).
Experience using GenAI, copilots, and agentic software to improve SDLC quality and security (preferred).
Proven experience architecting and operating large-scale microservices in cloud-native environments (preferred).
Proficiency in REST/GraphQL/gRPC API design, event-driven architectures, and message queues (preferred).
