What you'll do

Write and maintain core libraries and services for collaborative robot functions like targeting and guidance.
Own major feature development including systems analysis, sensor integration, and perception architecture.
Implement scalable sub-systems for sensor processing, tracking, motion planning, and anomaly detection.
Develop simulation and test infrastructure to validate robotic behaviors and system performance.
Work with hardware teams and subject matter experts to align on requirements and final designs.
Troubleshoot and analyze software systems deployed in remote operational environments.
Make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs to deliver high-quality software on time and at scale.

What we're looking for

Strong engineering background in Robotics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
3+ years of C++ or Rust experience in a Linux development environment.
Demonstrated experience leading projects or teams with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow other engineers.
Proven understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and code optimization.
Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
MS in Robotics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (preferred).
Experience in motion planning, perception, localization, mapping, controls, or related system performance metrics (preferred).
