Principal Senior Software Engineer, Intelligent Automations

What you'll do

• Architect and evolve GenAI solutions focusing on RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and AI-driven automation.
• Lead design decisions to ensure enterprise-scale systems are scalable, secure, resilient, and performant.
• Develop and optimize document processing pipelines and intelligent automation workflows.
• Establish engineering best practices for code quality, CI/CD, observability, and LLM platform standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and present strategies to senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers on architecture, design, and coding practices to promote a culture of excellence.
• Manage the full lifecycle of software delivery including development, deployment, and production support.

What we're looking for

• Candidates should possess a university or college degree.
• A Master’s degree, PhD, or relevant certifications are desirable.
• Candidates should have at least 8 years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience is required in GenAI engineering, including LLMs, RAG architecture, and agentic systems.
• Experience building AI-driven enterprise automation solutions is required.
• Experience with OCR, NLP, and Intelligent Document Processing is required.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms, such as Kore.ai or similar, is required.
• Candidates must be able to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions.
