What we're looking for
3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong software development skills in Python, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software, internal tooling, or infrastructure.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, observability, monitoring, or production operations.
Experience participating in on-call or incident response for production systems.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects independently, navigate technical ambiguity, and collaborate across teams.
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools throughout the software engineering lifecycle.
Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, infrastructure as code, and cloud native environments (preferred); experience with observability platforms like Datadog or Sumo Logic (preferred).
