What you'll do

Provide daily technical leadership during agile ceremonies and define technical standards for the scrum team.
Lead the design, estimation, and development of new or enhanced client-facing portal platforms.
Perform hands-on Java development and lead the technical design of multi-platform application systems.
Resolve complex technical problems and remove roadblocks to ensure project progress.
Conduct business assessment and requirements analysis for hardware and operating system developments.
Analyze program feasibility, costs, timelines, and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
Coordinate coding, testing, implementation, and documentation for all software solutions.
Review team code, test results, and technical documentation to ensure quality standards.

What we're looking for

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
Experience must include at least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
Proficiency in Java, Java Enterprise Edition, and Spring is required for development and technical leadership.
Expertise in API, Microservices, Oracle, Mongo, and Web Services (Restful and SOAP) is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle is required.
Experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is considered a plus.
Ability to lead technical design, provide guidance to colleagues, and manage complex problem resolution is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to perform risk management are essential for this role.
