What you'll do

Lead end-to-end Automation and Document AI initiatives from initial solution design to production deployment.
Architect and develop AI-powered document processing solutions for classification, extraction, and validation.
Design and implement scalable, cloud-native applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
Drive adoption of best practices in coding, CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and security.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to automation and AI engineering teams.
Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
Evaluate and integrate emerging tools and technologies in GenAI and Document AI.
Ensure all software solutions comply with banking, lending, and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
Expert level proficiency in Python and Django or similar web frameworks.
Proficiency in JavaScript for UI integration or frontend orchestration.
Experience with OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in building document-centric automation solutions using AI and microservices.
Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL or Oracle.
Ability to lead technical design, mentorship, and project delivery for automation initiatives.
