Software Engineer, Lead

What you'll do

• Build software and systems from initial vision to production-ready status.
• Oversee a development team and mentor them on new tools and techniques.
• Identify and implement necessary system improvements and architectural enhancements.
• Solve complex client challenges using modern architectural approaches and technologies.
• Ensure developed solutions align with current architecture and future functionality requirements.
• Architect and implement high-throughput, low-latency acceleration pipelines using FPGAs or GPUs.
• Integrate high-speed IPs such as PCIe Gen 4/5, DDR4/5, HBM, or 100G Ethernet.

What we're looking for

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of software engineering experience are required.
• 24+ years of software engineering experience is required in lieu of a degree.
• Experience architecting and implementing high-throughput, low latency acceleration pipelines using FPGAs (RLT or HLS) or GPUs (CUDA or HIP) is required.
• Experience with C++, Python, or Docker is required.
• Experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL for FPGA, or C/C++ for HLS is required.
• Experience with AMD Vivado, Vitis, or Intel Quartus Prime is required.
• Experience integrating high-speed IPs such as PCIe Gen 4/5, DDR4/5, HBM, or 100G Ethernet is required.
