Software Engineer III, Salesforce, Business Banking

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, production-grade software solutions and complex technical problems.
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, and Flows.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage web callouts for various cloud platforms.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and test code while ensuring security.
• Implement automation strategies to eliminate recurring issues and improve operational stability.
• Perform performance tuning and optimizations for large data volumes and complex applications.
• Review, debug, and improve code written by other engineers to maintain high standards.
• Support architectural evaluations and modernization efforts involving AI/LLM and Agentforce capabilities.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Agentforce, AI/LLM capabilities, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Flows.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, REST APIs, and web callouts/integrations.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to generate, validate, and refine code and documentation.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and security expectations.
• Proven experience handling large data volumes, performance tuning, and platform/application optimizations.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence to explain technical details and design decisions.
• Financial services industry experience (preferred).
• Experience building or integrating cloud-native applications (preferred).
• AWS experience (preferred).
• Java experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and source control systems (preferred).
