What you'll do

Develop, debug, and maintain high-quality production code and algorithms within a large corporate Salesforce environment.
Design and produce architecture artifacts for complex applications while ensuring all design constraints are met.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and test code while validating outputs for security and performance.
Integrate external APIs, messaging, and data transfers using REST, OAUTH2, and Salesforce Lightning Connect.
Analyze large datasets to develop visualizations and reports that drive continuous improvement of software systems.
Interpret business requirements to prepare technical specifications and design documents for the CRM platform.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation capabilities to improve software development life cycle efficiency.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
In-depth knowledge of the Apex programming language and its limitations.
Solid understanding of building Salesforce Lightning UI, LWC, and Lightning Connect to call external APIs.
Development and understanding of connectivity solutions, REST APIs, messaging, and data transfers.
Good understanding of OAUTH2, caching, future calls, Outlook integration, and open CTI.
Ability to interpret business requirements to prepare specification and design documents.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools within the Salesforce SDLC (preferred).
Salesforce certifications (preferred).
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and cloud technologies (preferred).
Experience designing or integrating AI-driven features within Salesforce (preferred).
