What you'll do

Build and integrate AI-powered agents and workflows using modern GenAI frameworks and APIs.
Design, develop, and maintain high-scale backend services and REST APIs.
Build automation pipelines and scripts to improve engineering efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Create and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for backend, web, and native mobile platforms.
Write and automate test plans, regression suites, and performance tests for large-scale applications.
Monitor application performance, logs, telemetry, and system health to ensure operational excellence.
Perform root-cause analysis, defect management, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 2 years of experience in software engineering.
Alternatively, must have 4 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Must have 5+ years of experience in full stack engineering, automation, or quality engineering.
Must have strong experience with Java and Python, or similar languages.
Must have hands-on experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, distributed systems, and backend automation with RestAssured.
Must have experience with mobile/web automation frameworks such as Appium, XCUI Test, Selenium, or Playwright.
Must have strong working knowledge of SQL and No-SQL persistence approaches.
Must have a strong understanding of system integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
Experience building or integrating GenAI-powered applications, agents, or workflows (preferred).
Experience designing automation frameworks for Native, Web, or Backend platforms (preferred).
Experience with large-scale eCommerce, retail, or customer-facing systems (preferred).
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
