What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proven hands-on experience in Python application development.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine code for performance and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming and database querying languages.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, cloud services (AWS), containerized applications (Kubernetes, Docker), and relational databases (preferred).
