What you'll do

Provide production support, observability, and governance for operational excellence.
Design operating models, process controls, and reporting dashboards.
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Deliver production stability metrics and insights to management.
Act as a gatekeeper for production processes and quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis and manage incident, problem, and change processes.
Monitor system health using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, and CloudWatch.
Analyze operational data using SQL to generate performance reports.

What we're looking for

6+ years of IT troubleshooting, resolution, and maintenance experience.
Experience with large-scale on-premises and public-cloud environments (preferred: AWS).
Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools including Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk.
Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Terraform.
Familiarity with EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, and common networking issues.
Experience with ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for operational reporting.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
