What you'll do

Develop and maintain high-quality production code for services and algorithms that integrate with dependent systems.
Design architecture artifacts for complex applications including infrastructure, configuration, and network as code.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to generate code, create unit tests, and improve development speed.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation to reduce manual intervention in deployment and monitoring.
Analyze large volumes of telemetry data to identify trends and implement performance improvements.
Monitor platform health and troubleshoot complex production incidents using SRE and DevOps best practices.
Proactively identify patterns in production issues to improve system architecture and coding hygiene.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
3+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering environments with ownership of reliability and incident response.
Proficiency in at least one programming language and ecosystem relevant to building services, such as Java/Spring Boot.
Experience with AWS services including ECS, VPC, S3, IAM, Lambda, Aurora Postgres, Route53, ELB, and API Gateway.
Strong understanding of automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
Experience using and managing enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools for coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle including CI/CD.
