What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
7+ years of hands-on platform, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, orchestration, and enterprise platform services.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies such as Terraform or Ansible.
Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines, source control, artifact management, and automated release processes.
Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, performance engineering, and incident troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of security controls, identity and access management, resilience, disaster recovery, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language for platform automation; relevant cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, or ITIL certifications (preferred).
