What you'll do

Design and develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.

Use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and document code while validating outputs.
Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure code meets design constraints.
Analyze large datasets to develop visualizations and reports for continuous system improvement.
Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to implement automation and improve development value.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using Java and database querying languages.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs for correctness and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and security expectations.
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Exposure to cloud technologies (preferred).
Familiarity with SQL, MONGO, and backend frameworks (preferred).
