What you'll do

Design and develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.

Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve automation value.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Extensive Java experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining Java and SQL code in a large corporate environment.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs.
Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and secure handling of inputs/outputs in engineering workflows.
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Familiarity with front-end technologies, cloud technologies (GCP), IAM/IdP (PingFederate), Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka (preferred).
