What you'll do

Create architecture and design artifacts while ensuring software code meets specific design constraints.
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Strong hands-on experience building enterprise web applications with React and TypeScript, including advanced component patterns.
Experience with UI testing (e.g., Jest/React Testing Library and Cypress/Playwright) and systematic debugging.
Proven experience designing and delivering accessible, performant UIs with WCAG awareness and bundle optimization.
Proven experience implementing and improving CI/CD for front-end applications with automated quality gates.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools while ensuring secure usage and human validation of outputs.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security.
Experience with design systems, modern UI architecture (micro-frontends, Next.js), or mentoring engineers (preferred).
