Software Engineer III, Test Automation

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to manage release readiness and test coverage.
• Develop and modify code based on business requirements while ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Lead unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure system security, stability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across different environments and automation scripts.
• Review code created by junior team members to maintain high levels of script reliability.
• Create technical documentation and define automation standards for the engineering team.
• Participate in product architecture discussions to promote test-driven development and long-term maintainability.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in software development and/or quality assurance using C#, Java, or Selenium.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Strong effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Agile Methodology experience (preferred).
• Exposure to AI (preferred).
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Allen, TX at least 2 days per week.
