What you'll do

Build customer-facing web applications using React and TypeScript.
Develop AI-powered capabilities such as agents, skills, and tools to streamline sales workflows.
Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements and design through production.
Translate real business problems into shipped software solutions in partnership with Product and Sales teams.
Use AI-assisted development and testing to ensure the quality and reliability of shipped code.
Maintain high engineering standards through active participation in design discussions and code reviews.
Optimize data models and queries for relational and search-based platforms like SQL Server and OpenSearch.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
3+ years of professional software development experience using modern engineering practices, including Git and CI/CD.
Experience building web applications and RESTful APIs using C#/.NET and React/TypeScript.
Experience with relational and/or search-based data platforms like SQL Server and OpenSearch, including data modeling and query optimization.
Exposure to AI-assisted development or AI-powered applications, including LLMs or prompt engineering.
A track record of commitment to prior employers.
Strong communication skills with both business and technical partners (preferred).
Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS (preferred).
