What you'll do

Design, implement, test, and maintain features across client applications, web experiences, cloud services, and APIs.
Contribute to architecture and service integration for remote assistance, identity systems, and traffic management.
Develop and improve remote session establishment, screen sharing, and remote control connectivity.
Build secure authentication and authorization capabilities using Microsoft Entra ID and role-based access controls.
Expand automated testing, accessibility validation, telemetry, and monitoring to improve service reliability.
Use telemetry and customer insights to identify performance trends and drive data-informed engineering decisions.
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and mitigation planning to improve service resiliency.
Apply secure engineering practices to meet privacy, compliance, and government cloud requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
Candidates must have 2+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
A Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience, are preferred.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check is required.
Candidates must be able to meet various customer and government security screening requirements.
