What you'll do

Design, implement, and operate large-scale distributed backend systems for AI-driven insights and analytics.
Apply generative AI and machine learning techniques to deliver personalized customer experiences.
Execute onboarding, deployment, and troubleshooting activities specifically for government cloud environments like GCC-High and DoD.
Build and maintain Azure infrastructure including compute, networking, storage, and identity across various environments.
Define technical requirements and design robust APIs in collaboration with product, security, and infrastructure teams.
Ensure service reliability through proactive monitoring, telemetry analysis, and deep diagnostics using Kusto (KQL).
Manage infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and resolve failures.
Perform live-site operations including incident triage and root cause analysis for production issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
At least 3 years of hands-on software design and coding experience.
Experience applying AI/ML techniques or working with generative AI systems in production environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services including compute, networking, storage, identity, and resource governance.
Experience designing infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep) and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Experience supporting live-site operations, including incident triage and root cause analysis.
Must be a U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
