As a Software Engineer II - CTJ - Poly, you will join the Azure AI Platform air gapped engineering team to build secure, scalable, and mission-critical infrastructure for sensitive cloud environments. You will design, build, and maintain cloud services supporting Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Foundry capabilities across sovereign and commercial clouds. Your daily responsibilities include developing automated systems for deployment, telemetry, and operations while participating in on-call rotations to perform root cause analysis and provide durable fixes. The role requires proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, with preferred experience in C# or Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 2+ years of engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience is preferred.
Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on an SSBI with Polygraph.
Must be a U.S. citizen as required by federal, state, and local government agency restrictions.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
Background in cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS is preferred.
Proficiency in C# or Python is preferred.
Understanding of CI/CD and automation best practices is preferred.
