What you'll do

Lead end-to-end engineering outcomes including performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

Develop and integrate with CRM platforms like Salesforce to support complex business workflows.
Establish and evolve engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 5 years of software engineering experience.
Must have experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
Must have experience building and integrating with CRM platforms like Salesforce, including designing scalable data integrations and custom workflows.
Must be proficient in modern programming languages and frameworks for both frontend and backend development.
Must have experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience working on cross-functional product teams, contributing to discovery, or providing technical leadership is preferred.
