What you'll do

Build user-centered enterprise software to improve sales workflows and customer experiences.
Partner with Product Management and Design to identify, prototype, and evaluate solutions for customer pain points.
Define technical architecture, system design, and trade-offs between speed, scalability, and maintainability.
Lead the delivery of high-quality code meeting standards for performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
Integrate with CRM platforms like Salesforce to create scalable data integrations and custom business workflows.
Use data and customer feedback to track success metrics and prioritize product improvements.
Establish and evolve engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 5 years of software engineering experience.
Must have experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
Must have experience building and integrating with CRM platforms like Salesforce, including designing scalable data integrations and custom workflows.
Must be proficient in modern programming languages and frameworks for both frontend and backend development.
Must have experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience working on cross-functional product teams, contributing to product discovery, or technical leadership is preferred.
