What you'll do

Build and ship full-stack features to improve search engine visibility and AI answer engine performance.
Develop a modular React email component library that compiles into secure, client-safe HTML.
Create responsive, accessible HTML/CSS emails that render consistently across various devices and dark modes.
Maintain data pipelines for SEO and AEO ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
Execute dynamic CRM campaigns using structured blocks, templating languages, and REST API integrations.
Build automation tools to reduce QA time and simplify setup for both SEO and CRM surfaces.
Troubleshoot rendering issues and perform root-cause analysis across different devices and states.
Translate marketing and product requirements into technical specifications and scalable system designs.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of software engineering experience with proficiency in React, TypeScript, Ruby, Python, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
Demonstrated ability to build and launch complete full-stack features from development through production rollout.
Hands-on experience using React and Next.js to componentize UI and email into production HTML.
Expertise in HTML/CSS and responsive email development with a focus on rendering fidelity and accessibility.
Experience with distributed systems, data engineering, and pipelines using tools like Airflow or dbt.
Proficiency in building and testing REST API integrations (JSON, webhooks) with secure, privacy-compliant data handling.
Ability to write performant code while improving observability through logging and metrics.
Strong communication skills to collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering teams.
Experience with SEO/AEO initiatives or LLM optimization (preferred).
Familiarity with templating languages like Liquid, AMPscript, and ESP platforms like Braze (preferred).
Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress/Playwright (preferred).
Experience with big data technologies, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing platforms (preferred).
