What you'll do

Build and evolve internal admin tools for managing participants, content, permissions, and configuration data.
Design data processing flows to move user feedback through its lifecycle.
Develop reporting and analysis systems for feedback in collaboration with the ML team.
Implement features involving machine learning components and asynchronous processing.
Manage and optimize SQL schemas and relational data models.
Develop both backend and frontend components across various technology stacks including Swift and Ruby.
Work directly with Program Managers to identify pain points and shape the product roadmap.

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of industry experience in software development.
A Technical or Engineering BS degree or equivalent industry experience.
Solid, hands-on coding fundamentals across at least one backend and one client/frontend stack.
Openness to working in Swift and Ruby specifically.
Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities quickly.
Experience using Claude or other agentic coding tools to prototype, implement, and test (preferred).
Excellent collaborative skills with strong written and verbal communication (preferred).
