What you'll do

Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for multi-target detection and discrimination.
Develop high-performance, real-time software systems to process radar sensor data and maintain tracks on hundreds of targets.
Build and utilize modeling and simulation environments to validate performance and identify system improvements.
Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments where millisecond latency is critical.
Integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end defense systems in collaboration with engineers and architects.
Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers.
Participate in customer demonstrations and field tests to ensure operational effectiveness of deployed systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and/or differential equations.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
