Software Engineer, Business Applications joins the Business Applications team to build, extend, and operate internal systems supporting core business operations. This role focuses on Salesforce and CRM engineering, where you will manage the full delivery lifecycle by translating business needs into technical requirements, designing solutions, writing code, testing, and providing production support. What we're looking for
Must have 3+ years of professional software engineering, business applications engineering, or comparable experience.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Requires strong experience building and supporting Salesforce or other CRM-based business applications.
Must have demonstrated coding experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, or platform event-based integrations.
Requires experience integrating Salesforce with systems such as Zendesk, Outreach, data platforms, or other business applications.
Must have experience working with APIs, webhooks, data models, authentication, and integration patterns.
Requires proficiency in software development fundamentals including version control, code review, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.
Must be able to use AI tools for productivity while ensuring the security, privacy, and maintainability of production systems.
