What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Master's Degree in Computer Science and 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience (preferred).
Experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining full-stack applications across front-end, APIs, back-end systems, databases, cloud platforms, and integrations (preferred).
Experience with software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, debugging, testing, source control, and service architecture (preferred).
Experience with Azure, distributed systems, service reliability, security, performance optimization, telemetry, monitoring, CI/CD, and DevOps practices (preferred).
Experience with AI-assisted development, copilots, machine learning services, prompt engineering, and responsible AI (preferred).
Collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and learning agility in ambiguous, cross-functional environments (preferred).
