What you'll do

Manage the full solution lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide sustainable long-term fixes for Salesforce applications.
Drive engineering best practices regarding code quality, documentation, release management, and platform governance.
Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve system performance and architecture.
Utilize AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot and Agentforce to enhance productivity and code quality.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and administrators.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and enterprise application engineering.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Flows, SOQL, APIs, and platform customization.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, integration patterns, and scalable solution design.
Experience with CI/CD, deployment processes, code refactoring, and performance optimization.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, and automation platforms.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is strongly preferred.
Ability to use AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Agentforce effectively.
