What you'll do

Build and maintain production-quality software for marketing technology experiences.

Manage projects end-to-end from initial implementation through rollout, monitoring, and iteration.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production systems.
Strong coding skills in modern programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
Experience building web applications, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, or internal platforms.
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including testing, debugging, code quality, and maintainability.
Experience working with cloud services, CI/CD workflows, and modern development practices.
Ability to translate business requirements from marketing, sales, and revenue teams into technical specifications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be based in Gurugram for the hybrid working model.
