Software Engineer I, AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI)

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Build and support AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Foundry Agent Services.
• Develop scalable applications and APIs using Python and microservices-based architectures.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of AI applications in production environments.
• Support cloud-based AI solutions across Azure and AWS platforms following security best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, and infrastructure automation efforts.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and Agile delivery processes while following engineering standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing applications using Python and modern software engineering practices (preferred).
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Foundry Agent Services (preferred).
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms and cloud-native application development (preferred).
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and scalable application design (preferred).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (preferred).
