What you'll do

Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams totaling 10+ engineers.
Own delivery and operation of critical Authorization services in IAM.
Drive technical initiatives across authorization, policy management, and entitlement services.
Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements.
Partner with product managers, architects, and security teams to define priorities.
Build a strong engineering culture focused on quality and long-term maintainability.
Develop and communicate team roadmaps and project plans to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience growing and leading successful engineering teams.
Strong technical background in software engineering, distributed systems, cloud services, identity, security, or platform infrastructure.
Experience building or operating highly available production services.
Ability to make complex technical tradeoffs across security, reliability, scalability, maintainability, and delivery timelines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority.
Preferred: Experience with authorization systems, IAM platforms, policy engines, entitlement management.
