What you'll do

Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of software engineers focused on MAC analytics and automation.
Set technical direction and priorities for the MAC Analyzer tool and its associated automated test frameworks.
Develop the MAC Analyzer tool using ML-based anomaly detection to automate triage and root cause analysis from telemetry data.
Create intuitive interfaces that allow non-experts to perform complex MAC-level diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Execute a strategy for an automated test framework covering features like QoS, scheduling, and traffic shaping.
Automate scenario-based testing for complex configurations using traffic generation tools to replicate field conditions.
Deliver comprehensive regression suites with clear coverage metrics integrated into the release testing pipeline.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
At least 10 years of engineering experience is required.
At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams is required.
At least 5 years of industry experience in Telecom, Data Plane networking, or distributed systems.
Knowledge of full software/hardware/network development lifecycles including coding standards, source control, and CI/CD integration.
Experience with telemetry data pipelines, observability tooling, and large-scale machine learning systems.
Experience partnering with product management teams to define requirements and technical designs.
Expertise in MAC layer systems or telecommunications infrastructure is preferred.
