The Software Development Engineer, Leo Manufacturing Software Systems joins the Leo Manufacturing Software team to develop software for manufacturing satellites, ground equipment, and associated ASICs. The role requires professional software development experience, design and architecture skills including reliability and scaling, and proficiency in at least one software programming language to solve complex technical challenges in satellite manufacturing.

What you'll do

Build manufacturing software systems to drive the assembly, calibration, and testing of satellites and ground systems.
Develop end-to-end system capabilities for manufacturing orchestration across factory production lines.

Perform high-throughput ASIC and chip-level provisioning and testing.

What we're looking for

You must have 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
You must have 2+ years of non-internship experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
You must have experience programming with at least one software programming language.
You should have 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control (preferred).
You should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
