Software Development Engineer in Test, Retail & Marcom

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for the eCommerce platform.
• Implement and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure full functional coverage.
• Define requirements and propose technical solutions to streamline the testing process.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Build automation tools to reduce regression test cycles using ML and AI technologies.
• Provide timely updates on testing status and quality metrics to stakeholders throughout all phases.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest vital process improvements to the engineering team.

What we're looking for

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on quality engineering automation experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python to build reusable test frameworks.
• Deep understanding of test design methodologies, CI/CD practices, and large-scale test automation.
• Experience with test frameworks and tools such as Playwright, JUnit, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and QA processes (preferred).
• Experience developing test plans and building tools/frameworks using JUnit or TestNg (preferred).
• Experience with testing AI/ML applications and security testing (preferred).
