What you'll do

Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks and suites using industry-standard tools and languages.
Create comprehensive test cases from requirements and design specifications to ensure full system coverage.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent execution and healthy deployment cycles.
Design and execute testing strategies for complex microservices and GenAI-powered features.
Use GenAI tools to generate synthetic test data, identify edge cases, and accelerate result triage.
Proactively triage, investigate, and debug both backend and user experience issues.
Identify automation opportunities and fill gaps in existing test plans to ensure scalability.
Advocate for quality across the entire software development process by implementing advanced testing strategies.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of SDET experience.
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong object-oriented programming and software design skills, preferably in Java or Python.
Experience leveraging GenAI to build automated UI and non-UI tests for user-facing applications.
Creative problem solver capable of building scalable solutions in collaborative teams (preferred).
Ability to proactively triage, investigate, and debug backend and UX issues (preferred).
Highly organized with strong planning skills to estimate, track, and communicate progress (preferred).
