What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in software development and/or test automation.
At least 3 years of experience leading complex, distributed systems.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
Experience designing and implementing testing frameworks for distributed systems, backend APIs, data processing, and infrastructure components.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across organizations.
Knowledge of Big Data systems and Apache Spark (preferred).
Experience testing or working with AI/ML systems, including model training, data pipelines, and algorithms (preferred).
