Software Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Build and deliver customer-facing features for branding, asset management, and collaboration.
• Develop AI and LLM-powered experiences using real-world use cases and testing methods.
• Establish metrics to measure AI output quality through structured outputs and evaluation datasets.
• Own projects from technical development through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch improvements.
• Contribute to frontend and full-stack architecture while reviewing code for performance and security.
• Make technical decisions regarding security, privacy, performance, and brand governance.
• Operate and maintain the services developed for web applications and AI-enhanced experiences.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of software development experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Strong frontend engineering skills in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Web Components.
• Proficiency with Node.js and npm.
• Familiarity with MobX or LitElement (preferred).
• Understanding of browser APIs, JavaScript engines, rendering, Shadow DOM, Service Workers, CDNs, CSS, and web performance.
• Experience crafting or owning backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies (preferred).
• Hands-on experience developing or integrating AI or LLM-powered features in production.
• Knowledge of timely engineering, structured outputs, context management, output validation, LLM evaluation methods, and RAG (preferred).
