What you'll do

Build and deliver customer-facing features for branding, asset management, and collaborative design workflows.

Own the full project lifecycle from technical development and implementation to testing, deployment, and post-launch improvements.
Contribute to both frontend and backend architecture while performing code reviews and maintaining service operations.
Ensure product performance, reliability, security, and privacy for enterprise customers.
Translate complex technical trade-offs into clear communication for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

You must have 5+ years of software development experience building and shipping production web applications.
You must have strong frontend engineering skills in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Web Components.
You should be proficient with Node.js and npm.
Experience crafting or owning backend services using Node.js, Java, or similar technologies is valuable.
Familiarity with MobX or LitElement is useful.
You must have hands-on experience developing or integrating AI or LLM-powered features in production.
Useful knowledge includes timely engineering, structured outputs, context management, output validation, LLM evaluation methods, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
You must possess clear communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs to cross-functional teams and customers.
