Software Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and ship full-stack features end-to-end through fast iterations from initial spec to validation.
• Apply AI tools across the development workflow to accelerate coding and validate AI-generated output.
• Contribute to sub-system and component-level designs that prioritize testability and debugging.
• Rapidly prototype frontend, backend, web apps, and agents to gather early stakeholder feedback.
• Partner directly with customers and practitioners to understand needs and validate technical solutions.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable specifications and working software.
• Incorporate enterprise requirements such as IT, security, and non-functional constraints into all work.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Deep full-stack expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in AI-native development using tools like Claude Code or Codex with spec-driven, guardrailed workflows.
• Ability to contribute solid design at the component and sub-system level and debug across layers.
• Strong customer-facing instincts to work directly with stakeholders and translate ambiguous requirements into specs.
• Awareness of enterprise environments, including IT, security, compliance, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with digital asset management, AEM Assets, or enterprise content distribution (preferred).
